Program
The Automotive Technology program provides courses for those who want to prepare for
automotive mechanics positions. There are two program options: the 64 credit hour program
leading to an A.A.S. Degree and the 32 credit hour program leading to a one-year certificate. The
student who completes either of these options will be able to operate front end and diagnostic
equipment and repair automatic or manual transmissions, automotive brakes, air-conditioning
systems and engines.
