It is the policy of the College to carefully plan all improvements to the physical plant.

PROCEDURE 3710A:
PHYSICAL PLANT IMPROVEMENTS

It is the policy of the College to carefully plan all improvements to the physical plant.

Improvements to the physical plant valued at $10,000 or more must receive specific approval by the Board of Trustees. The Board shall review all plans and specifications for such improvements and shall be apprised as to how the improvements will benefit the College and how they fit into the College's master plan of the campus.
