Mailroom and Shipping Regular Hours

Since the Mailroom Room 1324 and Shipping Room 1552 are in two different locations, please be aware that if you arrive during un-posted hours that there will be occasions that you may have to wait to be assisted.
Monday to Friday
8/8:15-10:00	MAILROOM -- Room 1324
10:30-12:30	SHIPPING -- Room 1553 - open for package pick up
12:30-1:45	BOTH OFFICES ARE CLOSED
1:45-2:45	SHIPPING -- Room 1553 - open for package pick up (overnight FEDEX items need to be in shipping by 2:15 pm)
3 / 3:10 to 3:30 / 3:45	MAILROOM -- Room 1324 This is the last time that the mail is picked up from the mailroom If it is placed in the mailbox after this it will not be processed until the next business day If there is a high volume of outgoing mail the mailroom will close at 3:30
4-4:20	SHIPPING -- Room 1553 UPS and the post office arrive around 4:30 pm to pick up the outgoing items
You are welcome to stop by and pick up packages between 4:15-4:20; However, there might be a delay in assisting you as we are completing our end of day projects (processing outgoing mail and packages before the post office and freight companies arrive to pick them up).
